Peter Bjorn and John was formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 1999 by three talented musicians: Peter Morén on vocals, guitar, and harmonica; Björn Yttling on vocals, bass, and keyboards; and John Eriksson on drums, percussion, and vocals. With their unique blend of indie rock, pop, and Swedish sensibilities, the band quickly gained a following in Europe and beyond. Their music is characterized by catchy melodies, witty lyrics, and a playful sense of humor. Over the years, Peter Bjorn and John have released six albums that showcase their growth and evolution as musicians.
