Biography – Peter Bjorn and John

Peter Bjorn and John was formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 1999 by three talented musicians: Peter Morén on vocals, guitar, and harmonica; Björn Yttling on vocals, bass, and keyboards; and John Eriksson on drums, percussion, and vocals. With their unique blend of indie rock, pop, and Swedish sensibilities, the band quickly gained a following in Europe and beyond. Their music is characterized by catchy melodies, witty lyrics, and a playful sense of humor. Over the years, Peter Bjorn and John have released six albums that showcase their growth and evolution as musicians. From the introspective 'Writer's Block' to the more upbeat 'Seaside Rock', each album offers something new and exciting.
