Biography - Vertical Horizon

Vertical Horizon is an alternative rock band that was formed in 1990 by Georgetown University undergrads Matthew Scannell and Keith Kane. They're best known today for their 1999 mega-hit "Everything You Want", which was #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After their graduation in 1991, the duo relocated to Boston, in which they got started seriously recording. In 1992, they self-released their debut album, titled 'There and Back Again', which they had recorded in Matt's old high school over a period of a few days.
